Welcome to Bloomeo - Save & Retire Early. By accessing or using our website (https://bloomeo.app) and mobile application ("Bloomeo"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Bloomeo is owned and operated by Vivien Mahé, an individual based in France.
1. User Eligibility & Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bloomeo. By using Bloomeo, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You may not use Bloomeo for any unlawful activities.
2. Account & Subscription Rules
To access Bloomeo, you must create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. Subscription management (activation, renewal, cancellation) is handled via Apple App Store / Google Play.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
3. Payments & Refunds
Bloomeo offers free and paid features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Transactions are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat (as mentioned in the Privacy Policy).
4. Content & Intellectual Property
Bloomeo owns all content in the app, including logos, design, and features. Users cannot submit content (e.g., comments, financial plans, or other data).
5. Liability & Disclaimers
Bloomeo does not provide financial or legal advice. It is a budgeting tool only. Bloomeo has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Bloomeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. If the app experiences errors, downtime, or data loss, users must wait for the issue to be fixed via backend updates or an app update through the App Store / Google Play.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of France. If you have a dispute, you must first contact Bloomeo at contact@bloomeo.app to try to resolve the issue.
7. Updates to the Terms
Updates to these Terms will be posted on https://tos.bloomeo.app. Continued use of Bloomeo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
